create data file with only last 2 years?

I have been using QB on a Mac since 2001. Right now I'm still using QB 2011. I would like to create a version that only has the last 2 years of data. I can't seem to find any information that says I can do that. Does anyone have any ideas to help me? Thank you very much.

There is no feature for this in QB Mac. I believe the Accountant version of QB Windows can make company file from a specified date range.
