Month and YTD Budget vs Actual
We use budget versus actual by class reports. Is there a way to show the current month budget vs actual as well as the ytd budget vs actual in one report? We have 40 classes and produce financials for each class. Have been using memorized reports in a group and processing all at once. Send the reports by email to myself and then save all reports to a shared drive on the network.
Also is there anyway to create and save these reports to an external drive and still provide a way for the managers to be able to drill down into the line items details?
