Viewing Prior VAT returns

I wonder if anyone can help.I have filed my VAT returns with QB,I usually print the vat 100,but did not this time.I now cant acccess my prior VAT returns with QB saying I need a pdf reader ,but when I try to download the one they say(Adobe)it is coming up I have the latest version.All I want is to get the return so that I can file it online to HMRC.

Adobe Issues

Check which version of Acrobat you have installed on your computer.
I had the same problem. The pop up window telling me to download Adobe reader when it is already installed on my laptop.

I was using Acrobat Reader DC which I think is the latest version.

These problems appear to be because Intuit has not corrected QuickBooks to recognize Acrobat Reader DC as a PDF Viewer. If you remove Acrobat Reader DC and then download Adobe Reader 11.0 from the Adobe website, I believe your problem would be solved. Hopefully Intuit will adjust their program to be compatible with Acrobat Reader DC.
