Uploading file for ROE

I have uploaded an ROE file on Dec 16/14 to the CRA website from QB and it worked fine. File was called ROE.BLK, now I have tried this again yesterday and today and it tells me that the file is a duplicate(which it was but it looks like when you generate the ROE in QB it overwrites the previous file) and to rename it, I tried that and I received the same message. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.

Have you tried deleting or moving the file and create the new roe file again.
I am wondering if there is a file permission problem and QB cannot over write the file.

Your file has not been overwrites the previous file that's why you are getting this message.
