Congradulations.

Just wanted to thank you for your answer with A/R and A/P. I found out from our software company that we have that imports all our invoices and A/R that I had to add an account with the total outstanding invoices called A/R Opening Invoices. I did this and it works great. Since we have so many A/P invoices that are cancelled and voided I did the same thing with my A/P and again it works also. Maybe not the best however it works for us. We pay from statements and not from invoices. Not a large amount of invoices as of yet. Thanks again.
