Smile The Advantages of Quickbooks Hosting

Yes, it is really advantageous to get quickbooks hosting. It is not that expensive, at the same time people get the opportunity to work simultaneously and get the data and application stored on Cloud Server. So, Data Backup and Data Accessibility is the most important advantage people get. Apart from that many companies are there who are hosting Quickbooks Addons along with other applications which makes Quickbooks more effective and increase the efficiency of the person. One can get hosted tax software with MS office as well along with quickbooks. Apart from that there are alot of other advantages as well which makes Quickbooks hosting more effective. So it will be a virtual desktop accessible from anywhere.

The Best QuickBooks Hosting ...

... hands down is Cloud9 Real Time. We know because we used several others first. It is for good reason that 4000 CPAs polled in 2012 voted in the majority that Cloud9 is the #1 Accounting Application Host.

Great thread. The advantages of QuickBooks Hosting are indeed numerous.

I for one find it preferable to choose a hosting provider that meets these criteria:

1.) has a 99.9% uptime guarantee

2.) allows for usage of dual monitors (this is huge for me)

3.) has an english-speaking US-based support team available 24/7 at no extra charge.

4.) allows me to print from the cloud with no hassle.

5.) can host a large variety of apps and add-ons for quickbooks

6.) uses somewhat of a tiered structure so that I can access all of my clients' data while they are unable to see eachother's.

For these reasons and more I prefer to use InsynQ for my QuickBooks Hosting needs. That said, so long as the hosting provider is Intuit Authorized you should be safe.

Agree with Jampit, authorized quickbook hosting offers many advantages for CPAs, bookkeepers and SMBs such as any where, anytime access, 24x7 security, easy licensing, better collaboration, automatic updates and data backup with no extra charges and access to Intuit support directly.

Last edited by Renuka Rana; 02-13-2015 at 12:46 AM. Reason: adding more advantages

Your FAQ is 2 years out of date, you show 2013 as the highest year version you support. And 2016 will be out this year.

And under the premier hosting you do not show premier accountant - is that an oversight or is there a reason?

Just my view point, but if you can't keep the FAQ up to date, it makes me wonder about your ability to respond to my issues - perception thing

Quickbooks Hosting is great for CPAs

Just wanted to comment as I read through this thread. Choosing an Intuit authorized commercial host is not the only option. I went with VyonCloud.com after much research and reading forums such as this one. I wanted great support, Uptime, Server redundancy, Backups. I use several applications other than just Quickbooks and found they were willing to customize and work with me at an affordable rate.

Happy SMB and CPA with QuickBooks Desktop Hosting

Wanted to share our thoughts on our cloud provider VyonCloud since we are so happy with the cloud service they provide. We've found them to be a completely different experience from the other cloud provider we used due to their familiarity with QuickBooks. We've all been impressed with the no setup fees, hidden costs or contracts.

They set everything up for us for free! Our complete access to data from home or the office has really helped us out. We've been with them for awhile now and have not had any trouble getting in touch with tech support not that we've needed much help. Everything pretty much runs itself. We just pay a monthly fee each month.

The link is pretty good. @ SMBQuickBooks - went through your links and the way cloud has been explained is pretty good.
