Question Email invoices

When emailing invoices - is there a way to have the email show up in the email account sent folder ?

If the purpose is just to have record, in the company e-mail, that the invoice was sent - I'd suggest just CC or BCC-ing yourself.
Then from there you can organize the new e-mail with the invoice in your company e-mail .

I email my invoices from Quickbooks, but it opens a new outlook screen that I actually send invoice from with customized message. Then, I can go into my outlook sent messages and save any invoice that I think must be saved. However, this would be time-consuming if you want to save every invoice you email.
