Blacklist a shipping address

Is there a way, in Enterprise 16 (or 17) to block a shipping address to prevent future shipments from going to it? Maybe even just a warning message tied to a shipping address? I was just investigating a fraudulent order and it turns out the same shipping address has been used 3 times over the past 2 years (different customer names though.)

No there is not

About all you can do is set the customer credit limit to zero. An invoice for that customer will pop up an alert that they are exceeding their credit limit. If your staff then knows to check the shipping address against the fraudulent one that could help.
