VAT Filing anomalies

When checking my VAT Return, produced via QuickBooks, and the VAT percentage due, I always get an anomaly. Box 1 divided by Box 6 returns a 0.1922% instead of 20%. On drilling down into the figures, I cannot never see anything that is obviously wrong. What am I missing? Any advice as to where to look would be helpful. I am not an experienced bookkeeper.
