Job Costing Help

Hello,

We are a contractor company and I need help with job costing.

For example we have pressure washers or cfc charges that we use on contract maintenance's, however we do not bill our customer for this. I still need to cost out a $25.00/$6.00 charge to the job every time one of them is used. Is this possible? Is there a work around since this doesn't come from an expense?
