What accounting software to select for online business?

We are an online business selling stationery. Till now we were using "KashFlow" (our backend/admin system is connected with Kashflow so all orders not only goes to our backend but also goes to Kashflow) for our bookeeping and tax paying, but at the moment we get more and more customers and during sales this software gets very slow. Let's say when we have sales, sometimes we have from 5000 - 10000 orders in a day and there are times when everything goes to a halt.

Maybe somebody is using something really reliable, secure and tough concerning business scalability. What would you suggest for us?

Our business is based in Uk.

Thank you very much!

Accounting software can not only help in reducing human errors in calculations but it can help in gaining insights into business. You can select QuickBooks Online for online business as the accounting software saves time with workflow automation. QuickBooks is integrated with payroll, giving the ease and efficiency of managing payroll from anytime. The software offers pretty much every accounting and bookkeeping option a business needs.

Are you using a shopping cart like zen-cart, or ebay, or what?

Integration between your web ordering and the accounting is the key, as is your process, the more you explain the easier it will be to try to help.

I disagree with the statements made about QBO, it is suitable for some businesses but not for a blanket one size fits all recommendation. It falls flat in a couple of areas.
