Different Client Sales

Hello Everyone,

I cant seem to find an answer to my question. We have an app and in the app customer can purchase small things to add to the application that they are using , well we started getting payments (small ones from $3-$10) , how do i enter them into quickbooks? With big clients i would create an invoice and then apply payment, but this time i dont know the customer and it is a lot of them.

create a generic customer
enter a daily sales total for each thing you sell, rather than each sale
