Wrong item selected when scanned

Hi there,

when I scan in a item into QB under "Item List", QB always highlights the item below the item I intended to find. This happens with all scanable items which makes me believe that it's an issue with QB and not with the barcodes itself.

Any thoughts?

Also, I should note that we have the same set up with 4 computers, all with their own scanner and they all experience this issue.
