Transition from QB Pro Desktop to QB Online

Hello,

We want to move our bookkeeping system to the Online version of QB.

We are worried about this transfer involving a loss or corruption of our data.

How easy is it?

How much will it cost to run QB Online? Do we purchase licenses for each user in our office?

Thanks.

Moving to QBO, you should first check this to see if the functions you rely on in desktop are even in QBO, a non partisan comparison of QBO vs QB desktop

Read the QBDT to QBO limitations

And if you are going to import desktop inventory to QBO, see this for how to fix the import before you start entering transactions
