Unhappy can not reconcile - page cut off

Hi All,

I've been using QBO for the past 18 months without much issue. This month, when I try to reconcilemy account, the page does not show all my transactions - see attached photo. I've called tech support, searched support groups, tried zooming out, I have also looked at the page from 3 different computers.

Any ideas? I'm at wits end.

Thanks
Tim

Try setting the screen font to the "normal' size.

I have used Ctrl + and Ctrl - to zoom the screen in and out. Is that what you're referring to? If not can you explain how to change the font size?
Thanks

Right click on the desktop select personalize, click the link bottom left Display and set the font to 100%

What happens if you click on the last entry on the left and use the down arrow?

push come to shove, log out, clear the browser cache, close and reopen the browser and log back in and see if it helped

It doesn't help. I tried clearing cache and restarting several times. I also have looked at my account from 3 different computers. One was a mac OS the other 2 were windows. They all look the same. Thanks for your response

At this point I would suggest you call intuit and have them remote in to see what you are dealing with

After many attempts to resolve the problem on my own, I did contact intuit. The person on the phone put me on hold for an extremely long time. I ended up taking another call and had to hang up. I guess I'll contact them again. Thanks for getting back to me.
