Quickbooks for Mac cloud hosting?

Are there any companies that host QB for Mac in the cloud? Is that even possible? I've heard the only versions of QB that can be hosted in the cloud are Windows versions.. And I absolutely refuse to use QB Online Edition.

*We host the Window's based version of QuickBooks® for access from your Mac. We do not host the QuickBooks® for Mac version

Not what I was looking for, but thanks. I was hoping for a way to just upload my Quickbooks Server from my computer to a cloud where I could access my company file from anywhere that I have Quickbooks installed.

Hi,

I host Quickbooks for all my clients and so far I haven't found a company that hosts QB for Mac. The reason is, most people host on a Windows Server vs a Mac Server. You might consider making the switch the the Windows version of Quickbooks because of larger number of hosting providers and also the software tends to be more advanced. Until recently QB for Mac was pretty far behind the PC version. You are smart to also skip over the Online Version. It works for some businesses, but is outgrown quickly.

Good Luck!

There's a great article about this at
http://qbcloud.wordpress.com/2012/12...-in-the-cloud/

But yes, I recommend all Mac users have their QuickBooks hosted in the cloud.

It would be a late reply, but definitely help someone. Welcome Networks is also good option for QuickBooks hosting for Mac. I tried 30 days free trial and becomes addicted to their cloud services. Explore their QuickBooks hosting page.

Solution for MAC users

VyonCloud hosts our QuickBooks (10 users) mostly on macs. Never had a problem but liked that support was included in monthly fee. Recommended.

QB for Mac in the cloud

We use vyoncloud. Your MAC version of QuickBooks will need to be converted to a windows based QuickBooks and then you can access it from a MAC. Vyoncloud.com has a video that will show you how it runs: https://vyoncloud.com/application-cloud/ Go to How Does Application Cloud Work? and select the MAC USERS DEMO video.
You will need to purchase a version of QuickBooks windows version if you don’t already have one.
