I may be interested in your services if you can enter data VERY rapidly. I'm using an older DOS version of QB and will be staying with that version for this project. I need a year's worth of data entered inside of a week. If this is something you can do, please post here or PM me. Thank you.

Any beginner accountant using Excel would be enough for your needs. You may even learn how to do it yourself quite quickly.

Excel has become a thing a of the past with the emergence of online accounting software. All small businesses should adopt some form of online accounting. There's many options to choose from like QuickBooks online, Wave, Kashoo, Xero, etc. I personally liked Kashoo because it was easy to use, but it does cost a monthly. I have moved on since on to a new software called SlickPie. Their free version does more than enough for what I need and I have been a satisfied user ever since switching. Check them out at www.slickpie.com

Besides being free, did you find any other significant difference/limitation/features between the other services you mentioned?

Most enterprises use MYOB, QuickBooks or Xero and don't opt for free or trial versions. Even startups prefer these as the customer service and support is good not to mention the community support. In fact, there are many MYOB consultants, Xero consultants,e tc. who can help you move from one software to another or set it up for the first time and give you a demo of sorts to help you use it these days.
