How can I reconile Paypal in Quickbooks????

I have downloaded the iif file and imported into Quickbooks. There is no monthly statement to use for reconciliation. I even bought a product with an excel macro on ebay in order to generate a monthly statement, but this has not worked either. Does any one know the way to make this work? I have a client waiting for monthly financials and I cannot produce without reconciliation.

Please help!

On the Paypal overview page, click View All Transactions. Against the date header line you'll see 'More' at the end. Click the down-arrow and select Monthly Account statements. That gives you the totals for the month. You can reconcile the balance to the current Paypal balance any time, but you could use the monthly figures to compare with QB's, and the monthly statement would enable you to reconcile the fee amounts too.
