billed expenses

I am using Quickbooks enterprise solutions.
and the problem is:
Billed Expenses. Seeing if expenses that were expensed were billed. None of the numbers that I have looked at match though so there is no way of telling. If the numbers matched, it would be easy to see if they were expensed but nothing is matching. I donít understand what I am supposed to do if the numbers donít match.
Thank you

The status for expenses "Billed", "Unbilled" and "Not billable" only refers to their ability to be entered on invoices from the Time/Cost button on the invoices. "Billed" status means it was used to insert it on an invoice and cannot be selected again on another invoice.
QB does not have a report to track "Expenses" billed to customers on invoices.
