Customize report

Reports-->All Reports-->Manage Accounts Receivable-->Statement List-->Customize report

How do I Customize? see attachments.
The column named "Amount" contains both invoices & payments.

I want a separate column for invoices & payments,
with a subtotal for each.

Else I need to transcribe the activity for the entire year
into a spreadsheet, to get total billings.

Statements are not customizable in QBO at all
