Question Charging Client's for QB hosting fees

I am thinking about moving some of my clients' QB desktop to a cloud hosting solution. But I am wondering how to structure the cost.

For those bookkeepers and CPAs that use cloud hosting solutions, do you specifically charge that cost back to the client? Or do you factor that costing into your overall pricing structure?

Most everyone that I know factor that into their overall billing; it's much easier that way too.

Yes. Our company factors that into our overall fee. Our pricing schedule includes that in the model. This way people do not fee they are being nickeled and dimed.
