I am trying to copy a Packing Slip Template to a Quote (I have the Canadian Edition) can this be done without me having to reformat a new template??? Thanks!

Templates have to be in the same family so to speak. A packing slip usually comes from and invoice type template and a quote from a non posting template, PO, estimate, sales order depending on your use.

If you are wanting the same overall style, menu lists>templates and double click on the template you have customized. Down at the very bottom left of the window that comes up is a link about how to share customization across different templates

With thanks

Thank you, unfortunately the Canadian Edition does not have this option.

I appreciate your help!
