Quickbooks for Mac cloud hosting?

Are there any companies that host QB for Mac in the cloud? Is that even possible? I've heard the only versions of QB that can be hosted in the cloud are Windows versions.. And I absolutely refuse to use QB Online Edition.

*We host the Window's based version of QuickBooks® for access from your Mac. We do not host the QuickBooks® for Mac version

Not what I was looking for, but thanks. I was hoping for a way to just upload my Quickbooks Server from my computer to a cloud where I could access my company file from anywhere that I have Quickbooks installed.

Hi,

I host Quickbooks for all my clients and so far I haven't found a company that hosts QB for Mac. The reason is, most people host on a Windows Server vs a Mac Server. You might consider making the switch the the Windows version of Quickbooks because of larger number of hosting providers and also the software tends to be more advanced. Until recently QB for Mac was pretty far behind the PC version. You are smart to also skip over the Online Version. It works for some businesses, but is outgrown quickly.

Good Luck!

There's a great article about this at

But yes, I recommend all Mac users have their QuickBooks hosted in the cloud.
