Contribution Range Report

We are trying to find a contribution report that will show how many people gave in a set of ranges for a particular period of time. Example: How many people gave 0-20, 21-30, 31-40 for a two week period. Is this possible?

Sounds like a report that requires a 3rd party tool....

You could run the Custom Transaction Detail for the needed date range. Modify it and set "Sort by" to Amount then filter it and set "Name" to Customers and "Detail Level" to Summary only. You can then scan down the report and see the amounts. You could also export the report to Excel and use Excel to do other things with that data.
