Setting up prepaid tolls account

I need help setting up a "prepaid" tolls account. I have already setup a "Prepaid Expense account (other current asset). Where do I go from here ?

Is the tolls charged and entered daily?
What tracking of tolls do you need?

Joe, some days there will be no tolls. They will be entered weekly. I don't need to track them per say. I'm just trying to set it up correctly for the accountant.

When you cut your check to the toll booth to prepay your tolls, code it to the account you set up. At the end of the week, total up the amount used at the toll booth and do a journal entry. Debit 'tolls expense' and credit your prepaid tolls account.
