Remove $ sign

I'm using Quickbooks Pro 2007, US version. I work with one currency, but it's NOT the US dollar. How can I remove the dollar sign from the invoices I print out? Is this possible without having to purchase the UK version of Quickbooks Pro that supports multiple currencies? Can the total on the invoice have NO currency sign?

The currency symbol is controlled by the Windows regional settings in Control Panel. I don't believe there's any way to remove it completely, but you can change it.

Smile thanks!

Thanks! That's an even better solution. Now I can put the proper currency symbol! What a relief.. I thought I was stuck with that $ sign forever! Thank you!

template work-around

In order to add my PayPal.me link to my statements with the total amount due appended to the end I did the following...

1- added a text box with "www.paypal.me/'myusername'/"
2- added the data field "amount due" beside this text box, then slid this data field under the text box to hide the "$" in the data field.

This gets printed on my statements so it isn't a clickable link but it shows my clients how to pay me via my PayPal.me address. (Looks like this: www.paypal.me/myusername/0.00)

*Just a quick work-around that maybe someone else can use.
