Change from service item to inventory

I used the option to paste multiple items from Ecxel into quickbooks, and incorrectly pasted 2,000 items as Service Item instead of Inventory Part. Is there a way to change the Item Type without having to manually edit each one (or delete each entry one at a time and paste the full list back as Inventory Part)?

Unfortunately you can not change item types using the "add multiple list entries" feature so it will probably be a manual deletion. You can not change a service to an inventory part so it looks like you will be doing some manual deleting.

For other people involved in setting up a file- PLEASE make progressive backup copies as you go.
