Details in QB inventory

Hello,

I work in manufacturing and sell parts of different sizes. Each part has about 20 different lengths. Is there a way to list each length in QB? ie. Coil 1 - 500', Coil 2 - 1,000', Coil 3 - 2,000'.

Thank you for the help.

Rpatel

Not in QB, POS Pro has matrix (attributes) inventory which is what you are asking about

Hello Rustler,

Thank you for the information. Is POS Pro part of QB or does it link together?

Thanks,
Rpatel

POS and POS Pro are secondary programs to QB, transactions are posted in POS and then POS transfers those to QB.

POS - point of sale

Thank you Rustler. I will look into POS and POS pro. Have you ever heard of Fishbowl? Are these similar or is one better (user friendly) vs. the other?

Thank you,
Rpatel
