Quickbooks vs Quicken Rental Property Manager 2014

I am trying to decide between buying Quickbooks and Quicken Rental Property Manager 2014. I own 3 rental properties but do not have a separate company created to manage them. It seems Quicken would be the better choice but the reviews I read on it are very poor. I am hoping someone has experience with both and can share their thoughts. Thanks!

I have not used quicken property manager, but I would go with quickbooks

Property management can be complicated, and some states make that more complicated than others so you need to know what the state requirements are too. At the minimum you need to be able to track the fixed asset value for each property broken into land value and building value, with annual depreciation for the building.
