Printing Customized JVs
Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, I live on the tiny island of Malta. Quick Books was recently installed on my pc at work to replace an old accounting system. Today is my first day using it and I have a question about printing JVs.
My base currency is USD but a lot of the transactions have to be done in Euro so I need to print the Euro currency on the JV report. Everytime I need to print a JV I have to go into the Customized Report and choose Foreign Currency, Amount etc. etc. and I also adjust the column widths - why doesn't QB just keep my settings when I go back to print another JV? Is there some way I can set up default printing settings? It's wasting a lot of my time as I need to print many, many JVs throughout the day and with each one I have to make the adjustments again Thank you! P.S. I'm currently using Enterprise Version 12.

Once you have the report in the format you want.
Goto Edit on the Top Menu Bar Choose Memorize Report, and assign a new that will let you easily choose the report Then the next time you want that report goto Reports > Memorized reports and choose your report.

Printing Customized JVs
Thank you! I did that, but what it does is bring up a previous JV to print, I would like that the report printing default to appear with each JV I want to print, if that is possible. Thanks again.
