Transfer between US$ and C$ bank acct

I used the "Banking" "Transfer fund" function to transfer money from US$ bank account to C$ bank acct.
When I enter the US$/C$ exchange rate, message saying "Home currency exchange rate must be 1" was displayed.
It doesn't allow me to enter the real exchange rate which is not 1.0

What have I done wrong and any suggestions what to do.
