Importing Credit Cards

When our accountant was in last week she tried to import the credit cards like she does every month but this month it wouldn't let her for some reason.

Since I don't know how to do it I can't duplicate it, but you can get as far as logging in on the CC account but when you start to download it, a window pops up stating that it could have a virus at the top. You right click and then click download and then another window pops up saying the web server has blocked it from downloading.

I am using Pro 2012, I don't think that's it because she done it last month.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

Thanks,

Simple questions first- New virus software installed or an update? Is the firewall blocking the credit card account?

Is this an Intuit generated virus warning or something windows is generating?
