THUB & Quickbooks

Hi All

Im just using the trial of T-hub (http://atandra.com/ecommerce-quickbo...with-thub.html) as we wnat to automate the process of doing the sales receipts.

Im having some problems with it taht maybe someone could help me out with.

1. Thub for some reason does not have Quickbooks UK 2012 on its list when setting up what version of quickbooks you have. so ive set it as 'Quickbooks US 1012'...theres a possibality this could be causing my problems...why have they failed to update the Uk verison?

2. When Syncing to Quickbooks I get the following errors:-
Quote:
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Hardisk7\DR7
or
Quote:
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Hardisk6\DR6
If I click cancel enough times it does seem to sync and process, but its massivly inconvinient....what is the fix?

3.Im trying to add customers as transactions so we don't hit the 14500 limit (we are trading off ebay so its generally only 1 transaction per customer, which means we will hit that limit fast) but can't seem to get it going.
Ive followed the instructions in the Thub manural found here (http://www.atandra.com/library/docs/...#_Toc323115567..set the custom Phone and Email fields, adjusted the template but still getting ziltch down the wire.

Hopefully someone here can help me fix these issues as otherwise Thub seems a pretty decent bit of kit, but I do need these issues fixed before I can consider purchasing it fully.

Regards,

John

The no disk error is a windows problem

You are just going to set up a generic "E-bay customer", right? What are the custom phone and e-mail fields for in quickBooks? You would probably be better off leaving all that on the T-hub side.

It appears that T-Hub is designed for the Us version, I do not think that it will work seamless with the UK version. Contact T-Hub and ask them about getting it for the UK.
