Intuit and downloading problems
I use Intuit Merchant Services to charge Credit Cards. On 06/15/2012 I manually, via a Sales receipt (as opposed to automatic billing) charged 11 cards of which 1 was declined. Of the 10 which were accepted, all have a transaction number and of course, a receipt.
Somehow, these transactions do not show up in the "make deposits" window in QB nor in the transactions for download in Intuit. Instead, they show up in the "problems to be resolved" tab in Merchant Services. Following the not-so-useful instructions in QB/Intuit to download these into my QB is not helping, since these were transactions which were created with a Sales Receipt.
How do I go about fixing this problem so that I can download the transactions and make the matching deposits?
