Attaching file to paystub

Our company uses QuickBooks 2011 Pro, and wants to eliminate paper checks and check stubs for payroll, but we also have a need to attach other PDF documents on a regular basis (insurance docs, HR info, newsletters, etc), and we need to be able to customize the list of attachments for each employee.

Is there a simple way to do that, or an add-on that can work for this process?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

install a PDF driver like CutePDF and use it to print documents to a PDF file and then attach it to the email. You can create a folder in My Documents named PDF File to hold them.

Yes, we already use CutePDF - problem is, we need to send the PDF file along with the paystub, and there is no feature for adding a file to a paystub that is being e-mailed.

Does anyone use SmartVault or some other add-in to accomplish this?
