Timeclock Software - Physical Punch & QBs Importing

We have used a product called TimeSource Complete (http://icontime.com/) and 2 of their proximity clocks for about 5 years and looking for another solution for a simple punch in/out timeclock that will import flawlessly into users Quickbooks Timesheet.
(And, will at least try to keep up with latest Quickbook Enterprise releases)

TimeSource Complete has had many issues with import into Quickbooks Enterprise. (seemed to support QB Pro versions only - it also had to be a "blank" timesheet as it would erase other data that was already entered into a Quickbooks Timesheet.)

We have:
- Quickbooks 11.0 - Professional Services
- About 60 employees

Would like:
- Physically Punch IN/OUT Clock with software that we will once a week import into the Quickbooks Timesheet for that user.
- Would like it to have software or web interface which a user could login and see ONLY their individual timesheet. (or a scheduled email to each user of their timesheet, etc. - some security so users can't see others punch in/out times)
- Would like it in-house and not a hosted solution

Any solid suggestions or experience with a Time Clock and software that will import into Quickbooks Enterprise?

Sounds like TSheets online timesheets would be a good fit for you... it integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks and can be set up to restrict employees to only see their individual timesheet. There are great reminders and alerts that can be set up as well.

yes, there are a lot of time tracking software's that fulfill your requirements. In it some does provide integration with Quickbooks too, for example: the employee time clock we use from Replicon Inc offers better time tracking and project tracking options. It also provides indepth employee tracking and project billing statistics, including the time spent on a project, tool, software, website, etc.
