I have been using Quicken 2012 Home and Business for credit card transactions management.
I downloaded new credit card transactions from my bank yesterday and am getting an error message for them all. 1) The merchant name shows as N/A instead of showing the actual name. 2) If I try to change to the correct name, or categorize the payment, I get a Quicken text box that says, "Can't modify this transaction because it has been damaged. Please delete it and create a new one." The amount of each transaction is correctly shown. Can anyone help? |

I emailed Quicken about the download problem I reported a few days ago.
After three days, they came back to me with the followoing fix. It has worked.
