I am looking for a system that plugs into my Quickbooks 2008 Premier.
We have had to write a standalone delivery management system. It is become a maintenance issue, since we do not have the time to modify it.
Here is what I am looking for a plug in / app that we can create a daily delivery schedule per delivery person. Then when an item is delivered the client, signs electronically and a Proof of Delivery or ePOD is sent to them, with the invoice for the goods. At the moment we are having to pre-invoice and when the clients cancel an order then the invoice must be manually deleted, this is no longer pratical. Then also there is no way of linking the signed POD to the invoice, so when we have queries it is a manual search through files to find them.
I am sure there is a solution out there I have looked through
http://quickbooks-add-ons.com but it is taking a lot of time to find anything worth considering. Any one have a suggestion?
