Different templates for different sales

Hi, I hoping someone can help me please (haven't seen this answer on the forum yet).

We offer a design service - I have set-up different lists for our different services (eg. brochure design, logo design etc) but am looking to see if I can set up a different template for each version.

Eg: a 4-page brochure template which has pre-filled lists (the various items that go into that brochure) - that way instead of making a new estimate and choosing the different drop-down list options each time for a repeat quote, I can just choose the correct template (hope I am making myself clear!).

Does anyone have any advice for me please?

Thank you!

There are a couple of things that come to mind -

Create a group item which includes the components of the sale.

or

Create a sales order, invoice, or sales receipt (depending on your business flow). .. one for each sale type. Memorize it with a distinct name.

Then, when selling that service, use the memorized transaction. Enter the customer name and edit the details.

Will either of these work for what you are looking for?
