Sending EMPDUPE file to ATO via ECI

I am using QuickBooks Premier Edition 2010-11 and have not yet updated my tax tables for 2010-2011.

I have produced by EMPDUPE file (to send my PAYG payment summary information for last FY to the ATO) and am trying to submit to the ATO via their ECI.

However, when I check the file via ECI it doesn't validate correctly and I get the following message:

The Report Specification Version Number field must contain either 'FDASA001.0', 'FEMPA007.2', 'FEMPA007.3', 'FEMPA007.4' or 'FEMPA008.0' but we found:
Report specification version number [position 41-50]='FEMPA009.0'
File validation abandoned due to Fatal Field Error.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea how to solve?
