Missing Key strokes

Any other users having problems with missing keystrokes? Seems to happen only when first tabing into a new field. The first couple of keysstrokes may get jumbled. Issue only in Quickbooks.

One employee complained of issue in Pro 2007. Upgraded to Enterprise and seems to have spread to other users, myself included.

Any other contaminated users or does anyopne know of a fix?

Yeh, I get this problem to - when tabbing to a new field, often it misses the second character altogether.

I have been to several places that have that problem. It is caused by the server not being able to keep up. You may need a faster server or you may get improved performance by defragmenting your hard disk. A fragmented disk can really slow down a computer.

Thanks for the confirmation and the suggestion about server speed. That got me to thinking, we do have a bandwith problem on our network. Time to tighten the screws on streaming video and audio.

Thanks for the suggestion EdStockton!
