If I do this, is there a way of printing a Sales Order and a Proforma Invoice?

Or do I have to change the template configuration each time?

Problem solved.

In QB 2013 it is really easy.

You just create a new Template based on a Sales Order (you can even easily copy across the styling and fields. This is great! I struggled for weeks with Sage 50 Report generator as it will not allow you to cut and paste report items.
