I suggest you contact OzBiz Solutions at admin@ozbizsolutions.com.au. I can't see why it wouldn't be possible, given some professional programming, but I couldn't do it because Australian QB and UK QB are not the same.

Hi, I have noticed your posts and was wondering if you can help! We use zencart for an Australian based online store. We have a program to transfer item and sales data to quickbooks, but we are stuck with our purchased. We have over 3000 items and wanted to use barcodes to create a purchase order or bill, which will of course add to our inventory amounts. Is that possible at all? I've been searching for weeks, wasted money on freelancers who said it could be done, so was hoping you wouldn't mind me asking! Thankyou Junelle

Things are getting better. I'm working now on getting Balance Sheet and Inventory Value Summary reports to match up. They were off by a significant amount and now only off a little under $10,000.00. I have looked at all adjustments made and corrected inventory adjustments that pointed to just "Inventory Asset". I have looked at bills and invoices and do see some general journal entries that were made in prior years that I'm electing to leave alone. I don't think these two will ever match up.

Thanks for your follow up and inquiry. I'm still in a touchy environment and want to remain "aware" and avoid as much political mumbo jumbo as possible, which is nearly impossible now a days - in any profession! I remain diligent and have a goal of perfection that may not be reached!

No, I don't usually use QReportBuilder any more - I have Access apps with lots of queries on QB already built, so I tend to use that. My main use is for updating QB rather than reporting anyway.

Have you tried QReportBuilder to print out the entire memo field?
