Hello Nancy,
I clean and service 75 swimming pools (a Pool Route)
I see you've written these books:
The Landlord, Investors, and Property Managers Guide to QuickBooks
Nancy's Guide to QuickBooks for Contractors
Nancy's Guide to QuickBooks for Landscapers
Would any of these books help me put my pool route business into QuickBooks Pro 2009?
I will probably upgrade to 2011 once I understand QuickBooks Pro.
Or would you recommend I buy Jonathan Andrew Wolter's "Landlord Accounting ebook" at http://landlordaccounting.com/

Hi nancy--

I imagine you're swamped with people writing you! I thought I'd take a stab at contacting you anyway.

I am living in Los Angeles and through a combination of misfortune, delusion, and stubbornness I now have five single-family homes in the Detroit area. One is empty and I am serving Seven-Day Notices on the other four.

Anyway I saw you were from Detroit, and have written about it before, and I thought I'd say hi.

I want to become a good property manager but I feel underwater at this point.
