Hello Suzann. I am A bit confused on the kind of credit cards which work with quickbooks. I am told by my bank that only personal credit cards will work, but I just can't figure out why a business software program like quickbooks would not work with a business credit card. I would dearly love to do the download of all of the transactions and categorize them from that point.

I need help in setting up deferred revenue in quick books for services that my company has not preformed yet. Then once it is preformed how do I track that revenue as being earned in correct period it was completed?
