Quickbooks & IMAC-OS9.0

Looking for information on whether I can load my Quickbooks 2001 into my new IMAC computer. Tried once and it didn't start up. Any suggestions.
Also, How do I put in my data saved on a floppy disc in to my APPLE computer?

Is the QuickBooks Mac version if so you should have no problem to install/run it also make sure that the backup data should be Mac files not windows.
