Customising Payslips

Sounds simple enough according to the manual, but it's doing my head in. :rolleyes:

I want to customise the Casual Staffs payslips to include the ShiftStart and ShiftEnd dates and hours.

I figured that if I use the standard options already listed in 2002 v9, I could edit and add these fields but it keeps coming up with nothing listed below the column I have added or There are no records that meet the selected criteria. Try changing the report date range, options filter on the toolbar

I enter the casuals into QB via Timesheet payments

Have been in touch with Quicken and they tell me this is NOT possible. Are there any hacks around that I can utilise?

I've never heared of that being possible. Not in QB 2002. Not even in QB 2004. If you somehow find the way to get it done, please post the solution here.
