Have been using QB99 for several years. now can't open QB file.

I tried to use my floppy back-ups to restore but error message is" ICG 32DLL files is missing"

I can't locate my original QB disc. Think it was one of those Free Trial ones, and I just did the original install over the phone with the QB folks.

Help!!!

If you're a registered user, you can call them for a replacement CD to re-install the program.

I had the same problem and found the solution on the Quickbooks
website:
1. In Windows, search your computer to locate all copies of ICG32.DLL
2. Check the location and version of the files.
3. QB2000 R1 and R2 require that version 2.2.0.4 of ICG32DLL be located in the C:\Windows directory. QB 2001 requires version 2.3.0.4 of ICG32.DLL be located in the Windows directory.
4. If here is more than one copy of this file, rename the ones that are not located in the C:\Windows directory to ICG32.OLD.
5. Restart Windows.

This solution worked for me....Good Luck!
