How do i get a list of all the journal entries made between certain dates?

Go to Reports/Custom Transaction Report

Filter by Transaction Type "Journal" and set the date range. Filter in and out whatever other details you want to see, change the header and footer to suit and memorise as "All Journals Posted This Year" or whatever.
