Good Luck to You! I have been trying to fix this error since Dec 3rd! After over $1000.00 in fees and phone calls to "tech Support", purchase of Norton anti-virus (cause someone at support said the problem was caused by virus) re-installing quickbooks numerous times (regularly and in safe mode,) Now I have lost internet connection on that computer and all data in Quickbooks and it won"t reinstall at all, cause it hits qbw32 error. If you have any better luck fixing it PLEASE let me know.
Jackie

Jackie,

Thanks for the reply!
I found a tip that said to delete the internet history file. I tried it and it worked! Boy was I surprised. It sounds like you have a much more complex situation going than I did. Good luck!
